Customized coaching for all areas of your life

I am here to create a safe space for you to uncover the behaviors and stories that are keeping you from achieving your goals and to support you in moving in a new direction.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, it happens step by step - and each one is worth it.

I approach coaching as a collaborative process and offer an initial, complementary, exploratory conversation.

  • “Before meeting Debbie I worked with many traditional therapists. It seemed like I was telling the same stories over and over but nothing was changing. Now that I work with Debbie there is finally forward movement and healing in my life. I am learning how to care for myself like I never have before. Debbie is patient, encouraging, and positive. I feel like she truly cares about me and my journey. She is gentle but also asks the tough questions and makes me think. I am grateful that she is in my life and believe I am a better version of myself because of her.”

    -Christy, Florida

  • “Debbie is a pleasant, flexible, and very intuitive coach with a subtle yet positive energy. She acknowledges me at the right moments and is great at reflecting back during our sessions.”

    -R A.K., Qatar

  • “How I cope with my emotions, find peace in the middle of the night when I’m wide awake, and generally feel has all changed since I started working with Debbie. I am more forgiving with myself and have really started reflecting on “How does this make me feel? How am I feeling right now?” And if I can’t answer that question, I’m giving myself grace to reflect and figure it out later.”

    -Kristine, Florida

  • “I’ve worked with Debbie over the last 10 months and each time, she is able to provide me space to figure out where I am stuck. Debbie’s approach combines breathing and body awareness, with a deep curiosity that has given me perspectives, often resulting in options I could not have found on my own, and better problem solving skills.”

    -Trisha, Alberta

  • "Debbie is the most compassionate and generous coach. She makes me feel seen and understood, even when I can’t see it in myself. She reminds me that I’m not broken and nothing is wrong with me. Working with Debbie is transformational, yet feels so natural. The feeling of safety and somatic approach facilitates a space for me to follow my dreams, step outside of my comfort zone and into my potential."

    -Alexis, Ohio

  • “Debbie made me feel deeply heard, seen, and understood while coaching on some very challenging issues in a way that gave me the perspective and permission to view myself with more compassion and appreciation. That, in turn, helped me push through some mental obstacles to take concrete actions that were long overdue."
